What do you do at Elite Advertising?
“I am with Elite Advertising as a marketing intern, and it has exceeded all my expectations, to say the least. I imagined myself being thrown into deep water without being able to swim. But that was not the case at all. I received a good and thorough onboarding, where the focus has been on giving me the tools I need. Everyone is great at helping if I have questions or doubts."What does a typical day look like for you?
"The first thing I do is get an overview of today's tasks - no two days are the same. I get to try my hand at a little bit of everything. Right now I'm working with our own cases that need a makeover. There I can both try my hand at copywriting and test my graphic skills. My colleagues make sure to give me continuous feedback on my work, so that I am constantly challenged and even better. It's really cool!”
Why did you apply to Elite Advertising?
“If I have to be completely honest, it was actually by chance that I applied to Elite Advertising. My first internship appointment fell through, so I applied for everything I could find. Elite Advertising was the company that responded the fastest to my application. And thank God for that!”
What is the best thing about being with Elite Advertising?
“The best? Without a doubt the team. The working environment here is by far the best I have ever been in. We work hard, but it doesn't feel like it at all. Precisely because the individual people in the team are such a good match for each other that it is actually nice to show up at the office.”
What advice would you give to others considering applying to Elite Advertising?
“If you think that you can't learn a lot in a small business, then you are wrong. In just one month, I have gained a much greater understanding of digital marketing because I have been allowed to be so hands-on and put my theoretical knowledge to the test. I have also found out how much I don't know about it yet.
But even though I may not know as much (yet) as some of my colleagues, they focus a lot on the fact that everyone can find nuggets of gold that can be important for the company - regardless of whether you are a sales director or an intern. So if you want to be skilled, you just have to send your application to Elite Advertising. You will move a lot in a short time. I can only advise to give it a shot. You can only be pleasantly surprised! "
