Say hello to Anastasia 👋

What do you do at Elite Advertising?

"Right now I'm a marketing consultant, so I have a lot of clients that I set up ads for on LinkedIn. I optimize them and make sure it all works. Otherwise, I am developing our organic department as well. It's fast!”

What does a typical day look like for you?

"Comes in, says hello to my nice colleagues, has a cup of coffee and answers the first emails. Then it may be that our customers come up with a lot of inquiries that I have to help them with. Other times I have to put out fires because the customers have a lot of questions about something and a lot of great ideas, which is cool. If I have held a reporting meeting with a customer, there are always new initiatives that need to be implemented, because we come up with a lot of new ideas together with the customer. So it's almost hard to say what a 'typical day' looks like, because no two days in the office are the same. And I love that, because it's never boring!”

Why did you apply to Elite Advertising?

“It's actually kind of funny. I applied several times and third time was lucky. The very first time I applied because at the time Elite Advertising was one of the few companies that asked for a video application. It was a young company, there was room to come up with a lot of suggestions for improvement and room for development. That, I think, was just really cool! The conversation with Daniel went really well, but then he hired Emil instead of me. The audacity! No, joking aside, we wouldn't be able to do without Emil.

But yes, it only took three times for them to finally hire me. And then I started as a student assistant and have obviously done so well that I am standing here as a Marketing Consultant today with a lot of exciting projects waiting for me."

What is the best thing about being with Elite Advertising?

“The very best thing is that everything can always be improved. I have often tried to be in places where it is obvious that so many things can and should be changed, but you don't do anything because "that's how it's always been". We don't have that mindset. I think it can also be seen in our flat structure. If you have a good idea or come across something that can be done better or smarter, you just have to say so. What we all do well to remind each other of. So it doesn't matter if you're an intern or a CEO - all ideas are heard, and if it makes sense, you can implement your idea immediately."

What advice would you give to others considering applying to Elite Advertising?

"Consider whether a fast-changing environment is for you. I believe 100% that you can also thrive if you just want a job where you show up, complete your tasks and then go home. But you will probably thrive best if you want to constantly develop and make things better. The facilities here are for that, so why not use them?

There is probably also a bit of an expectation that you dare to say it out loud when something can be improved. Neither of us has the right answer, so your guess is as good as ours. And that approach to work must be thought of as fun and just dare to throw yourself into things you haven't tried before. So I think you have to like to thrive in the unknown if you want to work at Elite Advertising.”
